Low Deuterium Cauliflower Stuffing

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Large Cauliflower
  • 1 Large Onion
  • 1/4 Cup Celery
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1/4 Cup Organic Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Poultry Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Thyme
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Sage
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Parsley
  • 1/4 Cup Pecans

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Heat oven to 450°F.
  2. Line cooking pan with wax paper or aluminum foil and grease.
  3. Dice cauliflower (not too small), onions, celery and garlic (sliced) and mix in bowl.
  4. Add Olive oil and seasoning to mixing bowl.
  5. Transfer stuffing from mixing bowl to cooking pan.
  6. Roast in over for 15 minutes.
  7. Add chopped parsley and pecans to baking pan and stir.
  8. Roast for 10 to 15 minutes.
