Low-Carb Cauliflower Mash

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 large organic cauliflower
  • organic onion powder
  • organic garlic powder
  • salt
  • 2 tbs grass-fed ghee
  • 2 tbs organic cream cheese
  • filtered water

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Chop up cauliflower into rough florets.
  2.  Add cauliflower into a steamer in a large saucepan along with water.
  3. Steam cauliflower on medium-high heat until soft (use fork to poke to test softness)
  4. Add cauliflower to a blender along with the rest of the ingredients. Blend until smooth and creamy, adjusting seasonings to your liking.
