Light Salad Recipe
Salad Ingredients:

1 head of organic romaine lettuce

2 avocados
-
1 cup of sliced organic cherry tomatoes

Organic, Raw grass-fed cheese, grated
-
High quality sea salt/ Himalayan Pink Salt
Dressing Ingredients:
-
⅓ cup of organic cold-pressed olive oil
-
¼ cup of Coconut Aminos
Instructions:
-
Thoroughly wash lettuce in filtered water
-
Chop up lettuce and put into a large bowl
-
Slice avocado in half and chop into small pieces
-
Slice cherry tomatoes in thirds
-
Add tomatoes, avocado, and grated raw cheese to bowl of lettuce and mix it all up with a pair of tongs

Add dressing and mix again thoroughly

Sprinkle salt & pepper to your liking

Enjoy!!
Yields: 4 medium-sized salads
This is one of my favorite salad recipes to eat when the weather starts to warm up. The high quality fats from the olive oil and avocado are satiating but the salad itself is still light. If you want an even more filling salad, though, add some black olives and sliced chicken!
