Pan-Fried Black Cod
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 4 x 6 oz. sliced Wild Black Cod
- 1 cup almond flour
- Avocado Oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Whisk egg, salt, pepper, garlic powder and thyme
- Cover fish with egg mixture
- Cover with approximately 1/4 cup almond flour
- Heat frying pan with avocado oil under medium flame
- Cook each side 3-4 minutes per piece
