Chocolate Fat Bombs


  • 4 tbs grass-fed butter
  • 1 cup organic cream cheese
  • 1 cup organic heavy whipping cream
  • 4 tbs organic raw cacao powder
  • 2 droppers full of liquid stevia
  • 1/4 tsp Salt


  1. Add cream cheese and heavy cream into a Kitchenaid bowl. With the whisk attachment, start at a low speed and increase slowly. Whip mixture until fluffy.
  2. Add in the rest of the ingredients. Mix until smooth.
  3. Scoop out the desired fat-bomb size and freeze 6-8 hours.
  4. Enjoy!

(I personally like to use the Organic Lactose-Free GreenValley brand cream cheese, Organic Pastures Raw Cream, and Vital Farms unsalted Pasture-Raised Butter. All of these can usually be purchased at Sprouts.)
